Payment

How do I pay for my order?

We accept credit card payments and Paypal. If paying through Paypal, you will be redirected to sign into your Paypal page for payment and returned to our page. 

What security checks are in place to make sure the purchase is valid?

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to authorization by the credit card company. If the company refuses to or does not for any reason authorize payment then we will not be able to accept your order.  All orders that do not match zip code or CVV verification will be denied.

Can I pay with multiple cards?

Not at the moment. 

 

Orders

Can I make changes to my order?

Once the order is placed and processing begins, you cannot change your order. However, remember that you can send any unused item within 14 days of receipt. It's free shipping on returns too! 

What happens if my personal information or address is incorrect when I place my order?

If you notice any misspellings or incorrect address in your order, please email us at orders@maritimoswim.com as soon as possible with your order number and information. We will correct the mistake before the order is sent out. 

What happens if the item I ordered is unavailable?

If an item you ordered is unavailable, you will receive an email from our customer service team. 

How do I know if an order was received?

Upon placing the order, you should receive an email confirming your order. If this does not occur, please contact us at orders@maritimoswim.com.

How can I get an item that is no longer available?

If the sizing is not available, you can email us at orders@maritimoswim.com. We will try our best efforts to find your request.

 

Shipping

What are my shipping options?

You should see two shipping options within the US: FedEx and USPS. If, for any reason, you need expedited shipping and do not see FedEx, please email us at orders@maritimoswim.com.

What is standard shipping?

Orders with free shipping will be sent via First Class US mail. This usually takes 5-14 days to arrive. Should you need expedited shipping use FedEx or Priority Mail options within the US.  Use FedEx if the expedited shipping is international. 

How fast is Priority Mail?

Priority Mail takes from 1 to 3 days to arrive within the US. If you need it faster than this, please use the FedEx options. Please note that USPS Priority or USPS First Class does not offer tracking for the delivery outside of the Unites States. Should you require tracking, please use FedEx services. Additionally, we recommend using FedEx for expedited international deliveries. USPS should only be used when the delivery is time flexible.  

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused/unworn product(s) for store credit or a refund, minus the initial shipping costs. Request for returns should be made 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be received by Marítimo within 28 days from delivery within original packaging. We cannot issue a refund for used/worn products. If you would like to return an item, please email us at returns@maritimoswim.com. Our Returns Department will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a return shipping label.
